Our Strict Employment Procedures
For Recruitment of any Personnel, we carry out an aptitude test, general knowledge test and language proficiency test etc… For all other categories we conduct skill tests to ascertain all aspects of the candidate. If the candidate satisfies us, Then the Passport is taken into our custody along with bio-data, copies of certificates and other relevant documents. Preliminary scrutinizing of documents is done and then fed into the computer for retrieval if and when necessary. Our Information system on candidates are methodically updated periodically.
We also ascertain the candidates, physical and mental abilities and disabilities through recognized medical institutions. This test is done after the candidates are selected for the job. A full detail report maybe made available to you on each candidate.
Subsequently, we obtain the authority of Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment for the Recruitment of Manpower.
